According to reports today, the reality star is planning to seek sole custody of her three children with Disick.
A source said this morning that 36-year-old Kourtney has made the decision in order to protect five-year-old Mason, three-year-old Penelope and seven-month-old Reign from their father’s concerning downward spiral.
The insider confirmed: “She met with [divorce attorney] Laura Wasser again, and is going to seek sole custody of the kids. She knows being with Laura is what’s in their best interest.”
“There’s no turning back now and she is going full steam ahead with figuring out an agreement,” the source added.
While Kourtney and Scott have had their share of ups and downs throughout the course of their nine-year relationship, matters reached a head this month when Scott was photographed in a compromising position with his ex-girlfriend, Chloe Bartoli.
While Scott continued with his partying antics, Kourtney marked their daughter Penelope’s third birthday with her sisters in LA.
