He is known for being one of music’s ‘bad boys,’ but is a child support hearing really the place to live up to that reputation?

Former Oasis half, Liam Gallagher, has been fined fined another £3,300 by Judge Laura Drager after failing to appear at a second child support hearing in New York this year.

Judge Drager previously fined him in January after saying his doctor’s note citing depression and anxiety as the reason for his absence was not a sufficient excuse.

Liam was supposed to appear for a hearing with Liza Ghorbani, the mother of his two-year-old daughter, Gemma, but when the judge asked Liam’s lawyer to explain the singer’s failure to appear, he admitted there was “no good reason”.

Judge Drager said she was tired of the Oasis frontman’s "frivolous conduct,” adding: "I had him appear by phone and I excused his (non) appearance but as we proceed to trial I cannot excuse his (non) appearance any longer. There is no reason that I have been given as to why he cannot appear."

Liza Ghorbani’s lawyer says young Gemma is exhibiting "delays" in her development and is also have some speech problems. It has also been claimed that Liam has not asked to see the two-year-old. Liam’s camp has replied by accusing Liza, who writes for publications such as Elle and The Wall Street Journal, of "greed".
