The former star of The Hills has reportedly taken out an order of protection against a man accused of stalking her.
Kristin, who is mum to two-year-old Camden and one-year-old Jaxon, took out a ‘no stalking order’ against 38-year-old David Berkowitz last month, with the order extended this week to last for two more years.
The reality star has accused Berkowitz of following her to the gym and then waiting for her outside, where she discovered that she had a flat tire. Kristen also claims that he was watching her from his own car a week previous.
Berkowitz has now been court-ordered to stay away from Kristin, her two sons and her husband, American football star Jay Cutler.
This isn’t the first celebrity mum to go through such an experience. Singer and former X Factor star Rebecca Ferguson also fell victim to a stalker and was forced to move house as a result.
