That has been exactly the case for singer John Legend and his model wife, Chrissy Teigen, apparently.
Chrissy, who wed Save Room singer John back in 2013, revealed this week that the couple’s respective families are very keen for them to start a family.
“We’ve been together for so long at this point, they’ve been begging for it since year two of our relationship. Of course we want to have kids,” the 29-year-old told E!News.
Chrissy is known for her outspoken ways, particularly when it comes to social media, and she admits that we’ll probably know quite early on if and when she falls pregnant.
The star, who has been with Legend for eight years, added: “I won’t be able to keep my mouth shut about it when it happens.”
Legend previously admitted that kids are definitely in the couple’s future, telling Us Weekly: “We want to have kids, so it’s just a matter of time. Whenever it happens, we’ll be excited.”
