They may have made headlines when they exchanged vows at the end of last month, but Jacqueline Jossa and Dan Osborne kept us waiting with the first sneak-peek into their nuptials.
The couple have finally shared the first photos of their romantic wedding day, in an exclusive photo shoot for OK! magazine.
The Eastenders actress, 24, looked nothing short of sensational on her big day, opting for a long-sleeved gown with delicate lace detail. She wore her hair in a beautiful chignon updo, accessorised with a cathedral veil.
According to their feature, Jacqueline and her former TOWIE hubby tied the knot in front of 170 loved ones, at the luxurious Delamere Manor in Chester, on June 24. Among the guests were two of Eastenders’ heavweights; Jake Wood (known for playing Max Branning) and Adam Woodyatt (better known as Ian Beale).
The couple, who got engaged two years ago, are parents to two-year-old daughter Ella. Dan is also father to Teddy, his son with ex-girlfriend Megan Tomlin. The tots played a key role in the celebrations, accompanying Jacqueline down the aisle.
In their interview with OK!, reality star Dan said: “Jacqueline looked absolutely beautiful. Seeing the kids walk down the aisle holding hands made me emotional too.
“Jacqueline is the woman I want to spend my whole life with. She already felt like my wife, so it made complete sense to make her my wife.”
The couple were well-supported at their ceremony, accompanied by nine bridesmaids, dressed in blue; and nine ushers, clad in sharp navy suits.
Jacqueline and Dan are clearly enjoying every moment of married life, and have been posting gorgeous family photos from their sun-drenched honeymoon.
Sharing her contentment as she gets back to normality, Jacqueline took to Instagram to reflect on this very special time in her life.
Posting a photo of herself and little Ella by the pool, the actress wrote: “Such an amazing trip to my favourite little place. Back to work, as a married woman. Reading the scripts is getting me excited! Let’s do this!”
Dan and Jacqueline started dating back in 2013, and went on to welcome Ella in February 2015. Dan got down on one knee two years ago, popping the question in Greece, during the celebrations for Jacqueline’s sister’s wedding.
We’re thrilled for these lovebirds, and we wish them all the best with the exciting journey ahead.
