Let’s be honest, the past few months have been hectic, and we haven't had a chance to properly take time for ourselves and relax.

We've loved the Christmas events and spending extra time with loved ones, but life can still get overwhelming sometimes and we really do like the calmness that January brings. 

That’s why we’ve pulled together a list of 10 simple things you can do this evening, as an act of self care, to help make things a bit more relaxing for you.

1. Paint your nails

2. Re-watch your favourite childhood movie

4. Light a scented candle
