Lingerie model and fitness lover Sarah Stage is 31 weeks pregnant yet her bump is only slightly visible.
Sarah has maintained her fitness regime throughout pregnancy and her abdominal muscles are still visible despite her advanced stage of pregnancy.
The 33-year-old, who already has one son, James who is two-years-old. “We’re excited”, she wrote alongside her latest pregnancy snap.
Recently the model defended her exercise regime, posting a video of herself working out at home, doing lunges and squats and using small weights.
Alongside the video, she wrote: "Since I've announced my second pregnancy, I've had certain 'Instagram medical experts' tell me what I should and shouldn't do.
"And while I find some of the comments hilarious, I choose to only listen to my OBGYN and of course I also listen to MY body," she wrote defiantly.
Sarah added that she’d toned down her exercise regime as her pregnancy progressed. "Clearly, I have greatly reduced the intensity of my workouts and stick to at home exercises," she added.
Sarah is expecting a second son and despite being criticised for her slim toned figure during her first pregnancy, James was a healthy eight-pound baby.
“I consulted with my trainer and my doctor just to make sure that it would be OK to continue (working out), and they just said to lower the weight,” she told People.
“If you listen to your body, it’s going to tell you if it’s too heavy. I’m doing a little bit less, I’m not going as aggressive as I normally do. I have to hold back, but that’s OK.”
“Chasing after a toddler, it’s really crazy to get to the actual gym, so I created my own at-home workout,” she said. “I’ve just been doing workouts when I can fit them in, a few times a week at home”.
Earlier this year, the LA-based model astonished her 2.3 million followers with snaps of herself displaying washboard abs and no hint of a bump at five months pregnant.
“Where is the baby?” one puzzled fan asked while another said, “My body goal is five months pregnant, and I didn't even know it!”.
We wish Sarah the very best of luck with the rest of her pregnancy and the new baby.
