To make these yummy weaning ice-pops you have two options: If you have your own Ice-pop moulds, use ‘em! If not, grab an ice-cube tray and give it a good clean. Have some lolly-pop sticks ready, and place these into your fillings. Cover the tray with clingfilm before you pop it in the freezer!

Go Green!

Peel and chop a green apple. Add half a banana and some avocado. If you feel like it, throw in a few spinach leaves for the healthiest snack yet! Add some water as needed and blitz these yummy greens in the blender. Pour the smoothie-like substance into your ice-cube tray or Ice-pop moulds.

Fruit and Veg Blend!

Using the softest ingredients possible, mash or blend a banana and some mango. Add a carrot- you may want to cook it first depending on what stage your little weanling is at!

Monkey Mischief!

For this one, you must be sure your little one doesn't have a nut-allergy. Blend some smooth Peanut Butter to a mashed banana together and fill your tray with some monkey madness mixture!

Yoghurt and Fruit

Chop or blend some juicy strawberries finely. Pour some natural yoghurt into your ice-cube tray/ moulds- less than half the way. Pop the strawberry goo on top. Pour some more yoghurt to fill the moulds and freeze. Gorgeous- a yoghurt treat with some surprise fruit inside!

Tired?  Work with what’s available!

There is no shame in grabbing a store-bought baby yoghurt and freezing it! You can also mash a banana and fill your tray/moulds- EASY PEASY!
