Jennifer Lopez, who attended the premiere of her new film Home last night, had to do a little damage control in front of photographers to ensure all was well with her little boy at the star-studded event.
While the actress and her little girl Emme were happy to pose for pictures and smile for the paparazzi, Jen's little boy, Max, wasn't quite so comfortable on the red carpet.
And who can blame him? All those flashing lights and noisy crowds would be enough to unsettle anyone, but luckily for little Max he had his doting mum on hand to help him cope.
Crouching beside her son, who had become overwhelmed by the attention and ending up shedding a few tears, the 45-year-old star chatted with the little boy before restoring him to his normal sunny self.
Having made sure her little boy was OK, the star took some time to chat about the film, saying: "I'm excited to see the movie with the kids, the coconuts. I'm super excited, they're excited."
Little Max certainly looked a lot more content after Jen's magic words.
Sometimes all you need is a little pep-talk from mum, right?
