As most mums will know, having a baby can affect you and your body in numerous ways.

From the physical to the emotional, becoming a mother is no mean feat and the pregnancy journey is far from plain sailing.

Pregnancy can affect women differently. but there are very few mothers out there who didn't experience at least one uncomfortable, painful or upsetting side-effect.

Reaching out to all those mums is EastEnders star, Jacqueline Jossa, who happily documented her nine-month journey carrying baby daughter, Ella and is now attempting to assuage the fears and concerns of her fans and followers.

Admitting that she suffered hairloss since giving birth to the baby girl she shares with former TOWIE star, Dan Osborne, the gorgeous young mum has urged anyone in a similar situation not to worry.
 


Uploading a shot of herself with her brunette locks pulled back from her face, the star indicated that the hair around her temple is a lot finer since becoming a mum.

Offering some sage advice, the much-loved actress wrote: "For all the new baby mummy's that might be losing some hair after birth, I'm right here with you." (sic)

Opening up about her own experience, Ella's mum goes on to write: "I think it's starting to slowly grow back, so it's all good guys!!"

Urging her legions of fans and followers to focus on the positive, the doting mum finishing by advising: "Embrace it and let's enjoy being with our beautiful little cuties!"
 


Since posting the inspirational message, messages of thanks have rolled in for the star, with one fan writing: "This has made me feel a million times better!"
