Alex and Ani have created the most stunning bangle in honour of LauraLynn, Ireland’s only Children’s Hospice.

We adore the ‘Little Brown Bear’ symbol, which carries the meaning of comfort and love. The brand has promised to donate a minimum of €5,000, with €3.60 from every Little Brown Bear bangle sold going directly to the children’s charity.

The teddy bear symbolises the carefree days of childhood. The bear is also a loyal guardian and a cheerful encouragement during challenging times.

Sarah Meagher, Head of Fundraising at Laura Lynn spoke fondly of the partnership, “The ‘Little Brown Bear’ bangle is a beautiful symbol of comfort and love and we are so grateful to Alex and Ani for empowering their customers to support our special hospice by wearing this unique charm.”

As the only children’s hospice in Ireland, LauraLynn work tirelessly to provide clinic care, health care support and palliative care services to children with life-limiting conditions.

It provides vital bereavement supports to families after they have lost a child. It also undertakes research into the relatively new area of children’s palliative care.

LauraLynn has cared for more than 325 children and their families and provided more than 275,000 hours of short stay care in LauraLynn Hospice since they opened in 2011.

LauraLynn is the second of a long line of charity collaborations as part of Alex and Ani's Charity By Design collection.

The Alex and Ani Charity by Design little brown bear bangle will retail at €36 from Alex and Ani stockists nationwide.

We can’t wait to purchase a ‘Little Brown Bear’ bangle!
