Kildare. They offer classes in Yoga for Pregnancy (min 14 weeks+ to start class) also Yoga Bugs embraces all the elements of a Hatha Yoga class and more. Your child will experience an all encompassing physical fitness programme that includes warm up exercises, posture work, breathing, relaxation and visualisation techniques in a safe, warm and non competitive environment. This is introduced through story telling and magical adventures that will inspire their imagination and strengthen their inner core. In a world where children are facing more challenging situations, YogaBugs gives them the tools to overcome these obstacles whilst having a whole lot of fun! .
