Has it really been a year already? It seems like only yesterday we were reporting the wonderful news that Amy Huberman and Brian O’Driscoll had welcomed their second child, son Billy.

The tiny tot is indeed celebrating his first birthday today, and doting mum Amy took to her social media channels this morning to reveal how she is marking the special day.

The author and actress was in typically hilarious form as she tweeted: “Waited ‘til midnight to creep into my son’s room and whisper-sing ‘happy birthday’ for the first time. #creepymum”.

Things took a considerably sweeter turn over on her Instagram account however, where she posted a snapshot of the birthday boy’s beautiful balloons.

We’re sure the Huberman-O’Driscoll clan will be celebrating in style today!

Of course, Amy and Brian are also parents to a two-and-a-half-year-old daughter, Sadie.

Since welcoming little Billy into the world, Amy has shared some hilarious insights into being a mother to a baby boy. The 36-year-old had her social media followers in stitches with one particularly graphic anecdote from the changing table!

“People give out about men and their bad aim but Jesus, they’ve come a long way from peeing straight over their own heads as babies #progress,” The Stag star tweeted just after welcoming the tot.

Happy birthday, Billy; we’re looking forward to more classic insights into your life!
