Mama & Me - Kildare

Mama & Me offers Scheduled 1 day Saturday group classes, Private one to one Classes and Postnatal visits for expectant parents and New Mums & Dads. Run by a qualified practising midwife and mother of three Gráinne Grundy. These Antenatal classes are designed to meet the needs of modern day parenting. All information is based upon the most recent evidence based practice and guidelines regarding Pregnancy and Birth. As Gráinne is a current practicing Midwife she can offer you the most recent up to date ‘hands-on’ knowledge. The advantage to Mama & Me classes is that they are designed specifically for couples with specific attention paid to role of the partner during labour and the transition to parenthood for both parents.
