Blackrock Baby Massage.

I run baby massage classes in Blackrock, Co Dublin. I got into teaching baby massage as I found, as a Nutritionist, that most of my adult clients have digestive problems, which often stemmed from youth. This form of Baby Massage helps to improve colic, reflux, wind and constipation and so aids the development of a tiny baby’s digestive system.

Group classes last 2 hours, we go at the rate the babies dictate. So if they want to sleep, feed or cry we adjust accordingly. We finish with a cuppa and some fresh homebaking. I also run private classes for a group of Moms who are friends or individual one-to-one private classes.
