Bump, Baby & Beyond - Ranelagh

From this provider / About this provider: Saffron has featured on RTE’s ‘Baby On Board’, TV3’s TVAM, The Sunday Business Post and in the RTE Guide. Classes and clinics are in run in Ranelagh and Stillorgan/Mt Merrion. Classes are run for an hour a week over 3-4 weeks. Each class covers different strokes concluding with a full body massage for your infant on the last class. Baby Yoga stretches are also taught. Participants massage their baby while being guided through a step-by-step massage routine. Classes are suitable for infants up to about 1 year old or 15 months if not too active! Mums, and/or Dads, Grandparents, Caregivers can attend.
