Babys first massage: Rachel Riley shares sweetest video of her latest milestone

Rachel Riley appears to be enjoying the pregnant life, after receiving an adorable little baby bump massage from her cat.

The Countdown host looked as relaxed as ever after posting a video of her pet slowly prodding her tummy on her Instagram page last night.

"Cats are the best. Baby's first massage," the 33-year-old gushed in the caption.

Rachel married her long-term partner, Strictly Come Dancing star Pasha Kovalev in June and is expecting her first child with the dancer.

Their baby is due in December, after the lovebirds eloped to Las Vegas and secretly wed only weeks after her original pregnancy announcement.

"Introducing the new Mr and Mrs Kovalev. We both said yes!" she wrote online, sharing the lovely news with her followers. They revealed Rachel's pregnancy news in May with a Countdown-themed post.

Sharing a photo of herself holding her baby bump with the words "R TINY MATE" (an anagram of the word 'maternity'), she wrote:

"Pash and I have a conundrum for you. You have till December to work it out! We're over the moon excited."

Talking to the Radio Times last year, Rachel discussed her romance with the Russian dancer. "I am in love now," she shared. "I don't feel I have to get married. I don’t think I need that pressure anymore.

"I don't worry about getting married or whether he is taking a long time in the morning or whether he has done the dishes. That does not really bother me in the long term. I feel settled," she continued.

She mentioned in the interview: "I don't feel the need to do it again. If I'm with someone and I'm happy, that's enough. I don't see myself with or without children - whatever will be, will be."
