Beyoncé sent beautiful flowers along with a touching letter to the devastated family of a young Australian fan who lost her ten year battle with cancer.
The pop star sent these to the family of 15 year-old Chelsea Lee James, who past away last week. Chelsea's family thanked Beyoncé and took a picture of the flowers as well as the note which read: "Donna, love and prayers to you and your family. Chelsea was a beautiful girl and I am so happy I was able to meet her. She touched my heart and I will never forget her."
In 2009, Beyoncé brought Chelsea on stage and sang 'Halo' to her.
Four years later, in November 2013, Beyoncé returned to Australia and met Chelsea backstage before dedicating a rendition of the song, 'Survivor' to the teenager.
