Clare offers classes to prepare couples for birth and breastfeeding, she also has a breastfeeding clinic in Cork for to help women who may be experiencing problems with breastfeeding.

 

Preparing for Breastfeeding Class  - a four hour class to help you and your partner approach breastfeeding with knowledge and confidence.  The class is available in Cork & Limerick on a monthly basis.  Each participant receives a folder with lots of information to take home with them.  For more information go to www.breastfeedingconsultant.ie

 

One day Antenatal Preparation Workshop –  A one day course  to  provide couples with a thorough understanding of the labouring and birth process so you can work towards having the labour and birth you wish for.  I provide couples with practical pain coping strategies, birth planning information and an information pack. Each couple receives a folder with lots of information to take home with them. Available in Cork.

 

Breastfeeding Consultation Clinic -  If you having any issues or concerns with breastfeeding you can come and see me in my clinic in Cork. Or if you prefer I am avialable for a home visit.

 

Mum & Baby breastfeeding Class – A three hour class with other mum’s and babies to answer your questions and expand your knowledge of breastfeeding. You will also receive a folder with lots of information to take home with you.  Available in Cork.
