Mum-of-five Katie Price is well known for choosing unusual names for her children – Princess Tiaamii, anyone? - so when she decided to name her youngest daughter Bunny it was kind of expected.
However, it seems that Bunny was not actually her first choice, with Katie leaning towards a name that many of us associate with a theme park.
Writing in her book Reborn, which The Sun has serialised, the 38-year-old admitted that Disney was another runner.
"At one point I wanted to name her "Disney", but I didn't really want her growing up thinking she'd been named after a theme park," she wrote in the book.
Names like Duchess, Precious and Bambi were also considered, as were Ethel and Peggy – although she was afraid her daughter would sound like a character in EastEnders if she went for something old-fashioned, she explained.
However, finding a name was not the only thing she struggled with; Katie, who is also mum to Harvey, 14, Junior, 11, Princess Tiaamii, nine, and Jett, three, couldn’t decide how to spell the name Bunny when they did, finally, decide to go for it.
“I couldn't decide whether to spell her name Bunni with a heart above the "i" but Kieran pointed out that probably wasn't even part of the English language,” she added.
“So Bunny it is."
