Despite saying that it is a private matter, Celebrity Big Brother and Strictly Come Dancing star Kristina Rihanoff has told her housemates that she is expecting her first child with Ben Cohen.

Sitting around the table, the 38-year-old was all smiles as she revealed to her reality ‘family’ that she is almost three months pregnant.

Taking everyone into the kitchen, she went on to say: “There was something (that) happened in my life before I came into the house over Christmas, and obviously I thought it’s very private news, you know but because we are living as one family now and everybody is sort of supporting one another now, it happened to be that I found that my boyfriend and I are going to have a little one.”

Clearly delighted with the news, she added that she wasn’t sure what to say but wanted everyone to know.

The Russian star’s rep revealed that the couple were both “surprised and delighted” by the news, saying: “Kristina and Ben were surprised and delighted to find out that she was pregnant shortly before she entered the Big Brother house. Kristina is well and looking forward to being a mum.”

The dancer and the rugby ace apparently got together while he was taking part in the UTV show, even though he was married to Abby Cohen at the time - claims that Kristina denies.

Ben is already dad to seven-year-old twin daughters, Harriette and Isabelle, and his ex-wife has been vocal of her disgust with his infidelity, although she took to Twitter over Christmas to share some positive vibes:
