Cheryl hasn't had the easiest year.
Between adapting to motherhood and calling time on her relationship with Liam Payne, the singer has gone through a lot of change.
The mum bravely opened up to radio host Nick Grimshaw, about seeking help for her anxiety.
Speaking on the Radio 1 Breakfast Show, the-35-year-old said: "The worrying stuff kind of takes a sideline. You know what I used to be like for anxiety and stuff? I have been seeing somebody for about the past year to keep that anxiety in check."
The desire to get help came in the form of 19-month-old baby Bear.
"I don't want to feel stressed as a popstar, even. We're supposed to be living our best lives, aren't we?"
"I don't want the baby to feel that, and I don't want to feel stressed as a mam," she explained.
Since the split from Liam, Cheryl said that all her focus is on baby Bear.
“I feel full. My heart’s full, I’m fulfilled. I’m not looking for anything anymore. I’m whole. I’ve got the man of my dreams,” she gushed to The Sunday Times Style magazine when asked about her son.
The mum also shut down any rumours of another man joining their lives on the Table Manners podcast.
"I know what I want in life, but in the romantic area, I am not as evolved. That area has stopped. It's not happening anymore. It's the end," she said.
