Continue the Christmas Cheer at Wonderlights ‘The Night Sky’

With the festive season now in full swing, Wonderlights at Malahide Castle and its incredible new theme ‘The Night Sky’, is the perfect place to spend a winter’s evening in the lead up to Christmas.

Whether you want to experience a yuletide stroll with some friends before Christmas or are in search of a spot to enjoy that all-important post Stephen's Day family walk, Wonderlights returns for its third year and is the ideal way to spend an evening for one and all. We’re all too familiar with those fuzzy Twixmas times; no idea what day it is, wearing pyjamas around the clock and continuously tucking into tasty treats. Let Wonderlights break up the post-Christmas lull and celebrate ringing in the new year in style.

The magical sensory light show sprawls across wintery woodlands bursting with breathtaking visuals of icy Arctic Forests, astonishing Northern Lights, and mesmerising Meteor Showers Until January 3rd, guests can gaze skyward and soak up the enchantment with every footstep.

Brought to you by Follow Fox Events, curators of the highly acclaimed previous shows, ‘Ireland By Night’ and ‘Castle of Light’, Wonderlights is Ireland’s only multi-sensory, 2km outdoor trail, that captures the imagination and transports guests into a world of wonder. An international team of talented creatives curated this year’s spectacular show, adding state of the art technology to achieve new heights and dazzling displays.

The food partners for Wonderlights will be waiting for you in the Winter Village, where guests can spend some time pre or post walk. They’ve got you covered with everything from Griolladh's mouth-watering grilled cheese sambos to something sweet from Sprinkles Desserts or The Rolling Donut.

With plenty of onsite parking and road signage from public transport routes, along with full wheelchair and pram access, this experience is perfect for family and friends of all ages to enjoy.

Wonderlights ‘The Night Sky’ runs until January 3rd, with entry times every 15 minutes from 5pm - 8pm. Tickets for this state-of-the-art sensory walk start from €20 for Adults, €16.50 for children, students/ OAPs + booking fee, with infants under 2 years going free.
