Almost every parent has experienced a moment of sheer adorableness while checking their baby monitor, and the following footage is some of the sweetest we have ever set eyes on.
A two-year-old tot has warmed hearts all over the world this week, after footage of her praying in her cot went viral online.
Doting mum Katherine Whitt and her husband, from South Carolina, made the beautiful discovery while checking in on daughter Sutton via their baby monitor camera. They managed to capture the majority of Sutton’s sweet prayer on video and proceeded to share it on Facebook.
Posting the video yesterday, Katherine wrote: “We put Sutton to bed about an hour ago, and then heard noise coming from her room. We turned on her baby monitor and found her praying! Wish we could have gotten the whole thing recorded. You’ve got to watch this! So sweet!!!”
In the footage below, you can just about make out little Sutton asking God to “take care of…Santa Claus…and Mommy…and Kayla” – among many, many others – before proclaiming “Amen!”
Possibly the sweetest part of the entire video is the fact that Sutton keeps mentioning Mommy and Daddy – just to be sure!
