There were major celebrations for the Beckham clan last weekend, as David and Victoria celebrated their 16th wedding anniversary, but it was all about the boys as the doting dad took up a spot in the Wimbledon audience this afternoon.

David, who is known to frequent the competition each year, decided to engage in a little father-son bonding with his second-eldest, Romeo, as the pair took in a spot of tennis.

Taking to Instagram to share a gorgeous shot of himself with the 12-year-old, the former footballer simply wrote: “Wimbledon day with my little man.”

While eldest child Brooklyn has been catching headlines recently with his social media posts, Romeo has been carving a career for himself in the fashion industry.

At the tender age of 12, Romeo has already become a firm favourite with luxury design label Burberry, and he has a number of high-profile campaigns under his belt for the company.

It has been an exciting few days for the family, who enjoyed a double celebration for Independence Day and the milestone wedding anniversary at the weekend.

Mum Victoria took to Instagram to share a snap with David and their four children, paying tribute to her “beautiful” family.

We just love this family. Let's hope that the rain stayed away for the tennis!
