Mum-of-two Rochelle Humes looks incredible in new photos from a shoot with Fit & Well magazine.
However, the gorgeous Saturdays singer revealed that she never weighs herself and will never go on a strict diet to lose weight.
Speaking about getting back into shape after giving birth to her second daughter, Rochelle said: “I’m not doing this to be a shape that isn’t what I am. I still want to be curvy and still be me.
“There is no secret to it, you just have to stick to it, first of all. It’s a lifestyle,” she added.

“I think if you’re fit and looking after yourself then you’re doing it right. No crash diets, no crushing the training”.
Rochelle also revealed that she rarely works out with her husband, JLS singer Marvin Humes because they tend to argue, preferring to exercise with her personal trainer Pete Mc instead.
She said: “We typically don’t really argue a lot, but we end up rowing, as he’ll try and tell me if I’m doing something wrong. But I’ll be like, ‘No, Pete will tell me if I’m doing it wrong!”
Talking about her fitness routine, Rochelle said she has to work hard during personal training sessions with instructor Pete.
“He basically kills me for an hour or so!”, she laughed, “But for me, exercise is about wellness and being active”, she reiterated.
Rochelle is a proud mum to Alaia-Mai, four and welcomed the couple’s second daughter, Valentina Raine, six months ago.
28-year-old Rochelle announced the exciting news she was expecting again last Christmas.
Taking to Instagram, she shared a stunning black-and-white shot of herself cradling her bump.
“Ten tiny fingers, ten tiny toes, but who are you? Nobody knows…” she wrote, in the caption.
Doting husband Marvin went on to share a beautiful photo-collage of his own, over on his page.
“Absolutely delighted to announce that we’re expanding our family! Rochelle and I are over the moon! Baby Humes no.2 is on the way!” he wrote.
A proud Rochelle recently shared one of Alaia-Mai’s biggest milestones on social media – her first day at school.
She posted a photo of the little girl in her school uniform wearing a grey boater hat and with her hair in two plaits.
She captioned the shot: "Off she goes, our big baby starts big school. Where has the time gone?!
“The world is your oyster baby girl. She's fine, I'm not...” Aw, we know exactly how it feels!
