Colette Reynolds

Children's Healthy Eating Specialist

Dr Colette Reynolds is a Nutrition and Child's Healthy Eating Coach, and founder of Growing Healthy Eaters.

Colette  is a mom to 2 young boys and has always had a huge interest in food and nutrition. Since becoming a mom, she has found that providing healthy food choices and good nutrition can indeed be challenging and frustrating (trying to keep all family members healthy, happy & well nourished!).

She offers One-to-One Parenting Support, with personalised consultations to help develop lifelong healthy eating habits and avoid fussy eating. This is particularly for parents of weaning babies and toddlers. These are available in person in Galway or online via Skype, whatsapp or a phone, and can be once-off or for a number of sessions. The starting point is where your child(ren) are at, at the moment.

With her extensive training in health promotion and psychology, Colette developed the Fussy Eating Programme. This is a personalised one-to-one fussy eating coaching service. It offers practical and research-based advice, strategies and tools, which help parents gain the understanding, confidence and specific know-how so their children eat and enjoy a variety of nutritious foods. Fussy eating habits can successfully be turned around for many families over an 8 to 10 week period.

Colette also offers Interactive Healthy Eating Talks to groups of parents, as well as Corporate Talks for Working Parents and In-House Parent Support in Workplaces.

Finally, she has contributed to various parenting sites, including myKidsTime and Family Friendly HQ.
