Colette Reynolds

Children's Healthy Eating Specialist

Colette Reynolds (BA, MSc, PhD & BTEC) is a Children's Healthy Eating Specialist. Since becoming a mum, Colette Reynolds has realised just how tricky it is to keep a family healthy, happy and well-fed and understands the challenges and frustrations many parents face while feeding their kids.

Building on her training in Nutrition, as well as her extensive education in Psychology and Health Promotion (up to PhD) Colette set up support for parents to help parents feed their kids more nutritious food. She then found lots of parents were particularly at a loss with their fussy eaters so she undertook additional training in this area, as well as researching the latest international research and practice on fussy eating.

Colette has a private practice in Galway city (and online), using proven, step-by-step strategies for teaching your child how to eat right. She particularly helps parents whose kids have limited diets and those resistant to trying new foods. Her ‘Fussy Eater Solutions’ is 4 personalised sessions, to simplify how to feed your kids better. She also runs: Group talks for parents (e.g., in schools) as well as group workshops for children (e.g., in sports clubs).

Finally, she has written articles for various parenting sites, including myKidsTime and Family Friendly HQ.
