Lucy Wolfe is a  Paediatric Sleep Consultant (birth-6 years), author of The Baby Sleep Solution, and mum of four young children. She is the founder and principle of Sleep Matters-Help Your Child Sleep. This is a private sleep consulting practice where she enjoys providing knowledge, expertise and valuable support to families across the country that are struggling with their children's sleep from 4 months to 6 years. Working on a one to one basis with parents, Lucy provides specific, safe sleep advice for families, tailored to the child’s temperament and issues and without using cry it out techniques. She also provides support and mentoring to the parents for the duration.
 
Lucy works with Ireland's leading corporations and businesses providing employee sleep seminars, with the aim to alleviate sleep deprivation in the work place and increase productivity. She is a well known speaker at events, nurse study days and seminars.
 
The trusted sleep source for a number of organisations, she regularly contributes to a variety of parenting magazines and supplements and is called on by national television and radio programmes for her sleep expertise.  
 
Having completed extensive training and continuing professional development with leading sleep specialists, Lucy is The European Director of the International Association of Professional Sleep Consultants.
