The actress, who plays Tina Carter in the long running soap, is understandably overjoyed at the prospect of tying the knot with her longterm partner and is thrilled the ceremony can be a family-oriented event.
Ecstatic that they now have the opportunity to marry, mum-of-two Luisa said: "We're getting married because we legally can now, we know we're going to grow old together - I don't want anyone else."
The 40-year-old actress who adopted two children with Annette soon after their civil partnership in 2006 cannot imagine life without them.
Recalling the moment she first saw her daughters, Luisa revealed: "We saw a picture and I burst into tears. I knew the girls were my children."
Intending to include their daughters in the upcoming ceremony, Luisa and Annette hope their girls will be bridesmaids and bear witness to their parents marriage.
