Whether it's your first or fifth child, every mum or mum-to-be can always benefit from a few well-meaning words of wisdom because, as we all quickly discover, none of us know everything when it comes to the magic of motherhood.

Eager to support her sister in the final leg of her pregnancy journey, reality star, Billie Faiers, has offered Sam a few words of wisdom which will resonate with most mothers and strike a chord with those awaiting a new arrival.

Speaking exclusively with OK! Online, Billie, who became mum to baby Nelly in 2014, insisted that organisation is key at this stage of the journey, saying; "I would say to be really organised with the baby. Make sure you have everything you need."

Reaching out to her sister who is expecting her first child with boyfriend Paul Knightley, Billie reminded her to savour those first special weeks with the newborn, suggesting; "Also, I would say to enjoy every second when the baby is newborn and do what you want to do and what's right for you and the baby."

Despite the fact eager friends and family will no doubt be clamouring to spend time with the new arrival, Billie reminds her sister to take her time with social events, saying: "Don't feel pressured to be out and about doing loads because those moments and those days are the best."

Billie then hones in on a subject which, whether we like to admit it or not, occupies the minds of many new mums and tells the magazine that she would encourage Sam not to place too much importance on shedding her baby weight.

"It will just happen when it's ready to happen and it will all slot into place", she insists.as she reflects on the exciting times ahead for her sibling who announced her pregnancy in August.

That sounds like fantastic advice to us!
