While some celebrity couples are more than happy to share shots of their brood or upload photos of their new arrival, there is one Hollywood couple who won't be going down that route.

Hollywood power couple Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds kept schtum about their baby's arrival for weeks after her delivery, refused to disclose her name for months and have yet to share a snap of their daughter, and this isn't something that going to change any time soon!

Opening up in a candid interview with Allure magazine, the new mum addressed the issue, saying: "It's her life. She should have her privacy until she chooses not to have her privacy, just as I got to choose and my husband got to choose."

Playing up to the mystique that surrounded her daughter's James' name, Blake jokingly exclaimed: "It's ButternutSummer Squash!"

It appears Blake's attitude to privacy began long before James' highly-anticipated arrival into the Lively/ Reynolds household, with the proud new mum opening up about the decision to announce the pregnancy on her lifestyle website, Preserve.

Acknowledging that she wouldn't be able to keep it a secret for long, Blake said: "That was my way of owning that moment. It was a struggle because we want to keep our privacy, but we also don't want our lives to be exploited by other people."

There's no doubt that Blake knows exactly what she wants when it comes to her precious little girl!
