Thank you for allowing us to take part in this trial.
We often buy Avonmore milk and have tried the lactose free version. I find that it's a very good substitute for my kids, who are both lactose intolerent. I've tasted it myself, and can genuinely say there is absolutely no taste difference at all.
I don't notice anything different in colour, or how it reacts when used in cooking, and it's incredibly easy to use it in our day to day diet. There really is no change - we use it in cereals, in hot chocolate drinks and I use it when cooking. The kids know no different at this stage, it's just the norm - which is great, as there's no fights to get them to use something they don't like.
It's always good to know the milk you choose has the vitamins that are important in a diet such as B2, B12 and vitamin D.
I will buy Avonmore Lactose Free milk again, and would recommend to other mums with kids who are intolerant.

Hadn't tried this milk from Avonmore until now, I think it's great that this kind of thing is becoming more widely available.
Both my kids have been diagnosed as lactose intolerant, and when I first found out I was really worried about how we would cope, how they would cope, etc. But in fact, once you get on board, and make the changes, you just roll with it.
We all eat the same food, and there are just a few adjustments made for the kids, which is great for everyone, especially mum who makes all the food decisions in the house :)
The Avonmore Lactose Free milk is great, there is little or no taste difference, so in fact, I'd be happy for us to use this as our regular milk from now on.
Thank you for letting us try it out. Our family would all recommend.

We very much enjoyed trying the Lactose Free milk from Avonmore, it was tasty and there was very little difference in taste to normal milk.
My DD is lactose intolerant, and thus far we have just used alternative milks, she's not too fond of milk on its own anyway, so it was never a big deal. However, it also means she never really eats cereal, so I thought it was a good time to test it out - we have had porritdge the last few mornings as it has been so cold, and she absolutely loves it.
Delighted to have something that is readily available in the shops to use instead of the other alternatives.
Will buy again, and would recommend to others sticking to a lastose free diet.

Thanks so much for choosing us to take part in this trial. We enjoyed testing Avonmore Lactose Free milk and found it to be quite similar in taste to standard milk. The milk did look a slightly different colour, but other than that, there was no difference.
We used the milk in morning cereal, in hot drinks and we made bread and butter pudding and rice pudding – which were all gorgeous - we had guests over and they didn't notice any difference in taste.
There’s only one of us in the family who is lactose intolerant but we often use the same products and in this instance it was easy to share.

Thanks for the opportunity to try Avonmore Lactose free milk - our youngest of 4 (age 11) is lactose intolerant and I am also lactose intolerant - everyone else in the house are milk mad so there is a lot of milk consumed - all 6 of us tried the lactose free milk - cereal, hot chocolate, crepes, baking and as a drink and all thought it was fine - we have now changed from low fat super milk to this milk just so that our youngest can eat a lot of what the rest of the family is having - would love to see a lactose free cheddar cheese and lactose free yoghurts - I would recommend this milk to others - there is no difference in texture or taste.
