I was delighted to be picked to try out L'Orèal Paris Magic Retouch Root Concealer as my roots were in a bad way to be dyed. I found it very easy to use and it covered my grey roots. This was the first time I had heard this product. I used the Black colour and it matched my colour.
As I wash my hair everyday it washed out after washing so I would only use it in an emergency when going out if I didnt have time to get a full dye.
It's a great product for a quick fix and I would buy it again just to have in case I need it

I was very happy to try out the new L'Oreal Paris Magic Retouch Instant Root Concealer. I use many L'Oreal products but I hadn't heard of this product before the trial and was eager to see if it worked on my grey hairs. My colour/roots need to be done at the moment so it was a perfect time to try this.

The bottle is a nice and lightweight but on my first attempt to spray it, I ended up with more on the wall than my hair as I didn't angle the bottle correctly at my hair. Luckily it washed off the wall with no problems and I tried again. You really need to apply it in one continuous spray down your roots and I got the hang of using it correctly. I found the colour a good match to my hair, I used the Brown colour. It lasted very well till I washed it but then I wash my hair everyday so I didn't leave it longer than a day. It did cover up all grey hairs very well.

I think I would buy it again but would just use it occasionally, like for a night out or special occasion. As I wash my hair daily, I think it might work out expensive to use it daily but then I did see it on special in Boots with a 3 for 2 offer. The only complaint was my hair to touch was a little sticky/hard where it was sprayed but I don't think that anyone would have noticed that I was using a Retouch Root Concealer.

I always used products from L'Oreal. As I have so much grey hair, they always returned to appear between one colour and another.
The colour of L’Oréal Paris Magic Retouch Instant Root Concealer Brown was very good for my hair tone and I found it simple to use. It took 3 washes for the product to wash out completely but I will use again and recommend to my friends and family. I loved this experience.

I am extremely happy with the L’Oreal Paris Magic Retouch Instant Root Concealer. I will definitely be buying it again. I have to touch my hair up every three weeks. I could not believe the coverage, so quick, easy and perfect! The bottle is nice and small too but huge value for money as you use very little. I have used other brands but will not anymore as I found these to be dusty. The one problem I did have was my fingers were black, through my own fault, never realised I touched my hair so much! I have recommended the product to my sister and friends.
Thank you for the opportunity to sample this product.

I am lucky enough with curly hair that I get away with a lot when it comes to my roots.
As a busy Mum of two boys who hurl and camp with beavers and scouts the thought of visiting the hairdresser is not something I particularly jump at or even have the time for! It feels like hard work trying to fit it in!!!! When I heard about L'Oreal Paris Magic Retouch Instant Root Concealer I was delighted to try it out.
It is my first time to try a product like this so I wasn't sure what to expect.
When I applied it my hair was definitely in need of a colour as the greys were more than peeping through!
The colour I had picked to try was the dark blonde. The colours I usually get in my hair are low lights and highlights so I chose a colour in between the two of those i.e. dark blonde.
Applying the product was easy and the outcome… Well it certainly does exactly what it says it will do. My grey roots were completely covered and the tone of the dark blonde blended well with the colour already in my hair. It looked like I got my low lights topped up!
I was delighted with the result and will definitely be keeping this product in my "must haves" beauty list which, if I am honest is not a very long list! I will get to go to the hairdresser soon but until then I have my L'Oreal Paris Magic Retouch Instant Root Concealer as my secret weapon against the greys.
10 out of 10 from me!

I am familiar with L’Oreal Paris products as I have used many before.
I often need a colour touch up in between colouring my hair as I have gone from fair to dark colour, which means the roots appear much quicker.
I found the L’Oreal Paris Magic Retouch great for my grey hairs, although I am only starting out with them. I think I picked the correct shade, it’s hard to know if you choose the right one but mine looked well.
It was lightweight and not too sticky. The colour lasted about 2 days before fading.
I would use it again, after my sample is gone, I’ll definitely buy one as it is super handy to have.
I will be recommending it to my mum and sister as they could use the darkest one for their grey hairs and regrowth after colour.

I really wanted to try this product especially because I heard so many good things about it. I received the Dark Blonde one as I'm dying my hair medium Ash Blonde and I tried it. Here is my impression:
- It's very easy to use;
- Covers the greys effectively and this coverage lasts until the next time you wash your hair;
- A little goes a long way (I sprayed twice on my roots and I was good to go)
BUT
- It made my roots hard, just like a hairspray
- I noticed that at the end of the day my scalp felt quite itchy;
These are the pros and cons in my opinion; Overall its a good product, if you have grey hair, it's easy to use and washes off perfectly.
I might use it again if I'm in need of a quick fix on my roots.

I was thrilled to be picked for this trial as my hair grows so fast & I need something inbetween visits to the salon or I'd be going every 3/4 weeks. The first time I tried it I was a little apprehensive so I tried it out knowing I wasn't going out anywhere 'just in case'!!!

I found it to cover up great all the grey was gone I did think it's a little tricky in application to know the right amount to apply.

Firstly I tried as the bottle suggested, spraying in a light stream it didn't cover enough for me though I've very thick hair. I waited for it to dry which did seem to take an age, it didn't seem to dry at all properly, it left my hair feeling a bit tacky kind of like a waxy feel perhaps it's a waterproof agent in it I guess so it doesn't run in the rain. This apparently wasn't noticeable to others but was to me. Absolutely no one noticed anything in my hair it's not aparant that you are using a product in it to others which is fantastic. Be careful if you spray a second time I found it may stain your scalp maybe this was only because I've so much hair & it needed a bit extra. (I used the light blonde)

It did take a few shampoo's in the one spot where I put it to remove it & seemed to leave a dry spot where it was sprayed.

Overall would I buy it again, yes definitely especially if I was heading out somewhere & I wanted a temporary fix for the night I wouldn't be using it daily as it would work out expensive. It's a handy size & lightweight which I found to be convenient. Again thanks for letting me trial this product it was fantastic to try it first hand myself.

Being a huge fan already of the L'Oreal range, I was delighted to be chosen to try this product. I had changed my hair colour from light blonde to a balayage style so I'm now darker on top, unfortunately with this style my grey hair shows much quicker - I'm only 31!! I seem to be getting around 4-6 weeks out of my colour before my greys become noticeable so this Magic Retouch is an absolute godsend! On first try, the spray seemed quite forceful so that did take getting used to but once I did I was amazed at the results. I tie my hair up for work so just a quick spritz around my hairline and I was good to go! The results are very much instantaneous. It leaves no heavy residue or unpleasent smell. It was very lightweight and did not leave my hair looking greasy which was my biggest fear! Also it is worth mentioning that I have very bad psoriasis on my scalp and this product did not cause the slightest irritation which is a huge bonus to me!. It lasts very well, I wash my hair every 2/3 days so I can see it as very good value for money. Working hectic hours, being a wife and mammy does not allow for much 'me' time and then there is the financial factor, so I can tell all fellow mothers that this is going to be one of those life-saving beauty gems for our handbags! I would certainly recommend it to a friend, I actually just lent it to a co-worker yesterday to try! Again, I was super happy with this product and will definitely be making it one of my must-have beauty buys!

I have dark brown hair so regrowth is very visible quite quickly, as a quick root touch up the L'Oreal Magic Retouch is brilliant. I did it in short bursts and found it really easy to apply. It dried very quickly and covered the grey regrowth amazingly well. It feels slightly stiff/rough when you touch your hair afterwards but not overly so. I would definitely use this product again to help stretch out the time between colourings. Especially handy for busy, working mums.

I wasn't familiar with this product range, L'Oreal Paris Magic Retouch Instant Root Concealer, before I accepted the opportunity to trial it. I really liked it. I barely get 6 weeks between needing to get my roots dyed and have often longed for something to help me to get through that phase between appointments when getting to the salon earlier was not possible. I was fairly sceptical of this style of product. The colour match and coverage was excellent, especially on my greys. The product was lightweight on my hair and easy to use, however it did take a little trial and error to get used to the spray initially. I would definitely continue to use it and would recommend it to family and friends.

Greying hair is the bane of every mum's life, as if we're not tired and frazzled enough without having to invest a significant amount of time in regularly colouring our roots just keep the silver strands at bay. Unfortunately, the George Clooney effect does not extend to the ladies and so when we're at the end of our tether and need an emergency fix, but have no time, many of us have succumbed to styling our hair differently or wearing a hat! Thank heavens for the L'Oreal Magic Retouch spray, it literally banished my greys in one spray. In between colours from my hairdresser, I usually find that I can hide my greys quite effectively through regular hair washing (it always looks good on day 1), but now I can get an extra day or even two by using the L'Oreal Magic Retouch spray - success!

I was at my wits end when it came to my greying roots before I tried the L'Oreal Magic Retouch spray. I am naturally light blonde in colour, however the greys have really started to creep in since I had my children. My hair is also so much thinner too since my children so I try not colour my hair as regularly as I used to. This means that my grey roots become more apparent more quickly, which affects my confidence. The L'Oreal Magic Retouch spray has been a godsend, buying me extra time before I visit the hairdresser and saving me money too!

I was delighted to try this product, I had never heard of it before! I got the dark blonde one which was a good match for my hair. It's a handy size and great for an emergency fix for those greys! It took me a little bit to get the hang of spraying it correctly but once I did , it went on easily. There's a nice smell to it, which is a bonus.
I would recommend it to friends and can see myself buying it again.
Thanks again.
