Whether it’s adorable babies stomping about the place or inspirational mums-to-be killing a routine, we love a good viral dance video, and the following is one of our all-time favourites.

A San Diego-based dance studio has captured hearts all over the world, after sharing an amazing video of one of its mother-and-baby dance classes.

In the video, which has already accumulated over four million views, mums and their tots are seen absolutely killing a routine to Sugar Ray’s Fly, at the KangaGroove studio.

The mums are clearly having a ball, performing an ‘urban soul line-dancing’ routine together, with their little ones strapped to their chests.

As you can see in the video below, this class looks like a whole lot of fun – we’re practically dancing in our chairs right now!

KangaGroove is run by husband and wife duo Meeshi and Amber Anjali – a trained dancer and a postnatal yoga instructor – and is hugely popular among mums in the area.

The video is now a viral hit, and if their Facebook posts are anything to go by, the Anjalis are currently inundated with requests from eager mums and mums-to-be.

What a fun way to get a little exercise while bonding with your tot!

Holy matzo ball soup...what an A-MA-ZING class today! Thank you all for going the extra mile and dancing your hearts out today. Music by Sugar Ray ft. Baby Evan (on guest vocals at the end). We love you all! <3
