Don’t you hate it when you’re stuck for a specific item of food and the shop is closed?
We usually have to go without but Chrissy Teigen doesn’t give up that easily.
When Chrissy needed some brown bananas last night, the mum-of-one took to Twitter to alert her legions of fans, of course.
Chrissy sent an urgent tweet asking her 7.5 million followers to come to her aid.
“If you have six brown bananas in the LA area, I will send my assistant to your home with a signed cookbook, John’s underwear and a Becca palette”.
When asked if he was in on the distribution of his underwear as a prize, John tweeted: “Yes and I approve. Can't make banana bread without brown bananas”.

After much hilarity, devoted follower Meg Zukin came up with the goods, and so was chosen to make the swap, despite being one banana short of the requested amount.
However, cautious Chrissy insisted on one caveat before the trade took place.
She asked that Meg sample a small piece of the bananas in front of her assistant, for Chrissy's safety, on the off chance the fan was some kind of poisoner.
The bananas then made their way to the model's mansion in mega quick time, to fulfil their destiny of becoming Chrissy Teigen's banana bread, as evidenced by a follow-up picture of Chrissy's assistant arriving with the goods.
Chrissy kept her word and after the bananas proved to be safe, her assistant handed over the goods, Chrissy’s cookbook, a pair of Calvin Klein underwear and her Becca highlighter palette.

And Chrissy was very impressed with the speed and ease of the banana delivery.
“Already home. that was...so fast. I will now do all grocery shopping like this”, she joked.
The model later documented the process of making the banana bread on social media and showed off the results, a very tasty looking slice of the bread.
