It’s congratulations for Anna Wintour who’s become a grandmother for the first time.
The editor-in-chief of Vogue welcomed her first grandchild on Tuesday and it’s been revealed that the little one is a baby girl.
Anna’s son, Charles Shaffer and his wife, Lizzy, welcomed their first child last week and announced the good news on Instagram.
“Welcome home baby Caroline,” read the caption on Lizzy’s post.
The post shows baby Caroline swaddled in a white blanket, wearing a cute knitted cap as she catches up on some sleep.
New dad Charles and Lizzy married back in 2014 at a ceremony at Anna’s New York home.
Charles’s sister, Bee, also took to social media to celebrate the news of a new family member with an adorable snap of the pair.
“Welcome little Carolline and congrats Lizzy and Charles. Looking forward to many more chic hats,” wrote the fashion icon’s daughter.
Bee was celebrating her own exciting news recently as she announced her engagement to Francesco Carrozzini.
The news of the engagement was a hot topic online, as the film director is also Vogue royalty, calling the late Vogue Italia editor, Franca Sozzani, mother.
