Lidl Just Free
Do you or a loved one suffer from coeliac disease? We know that following a gluten free diet can be very challenging. Not only does it lack variety but it can be very expensive.
It is thought that at least 1 in 100 Irish people are coeliac. This condition causes people to adversely react to gluten, a protein present in wheat, barley and rye. Symptoms include lethargy, stomach pain, bloating and weight loss. Finding the right food options can be difficult for many families.
Lidl have just released a new range of fantastic gluten-free products. Their new range Just Free has a variety of tasty and nutritious gluten-free foods which will be available in-store on a permanent basis. With products including gluten-free bread, sausages, rice cakes and pudding, you’ll be spoiled for choice.
