I have had glass since I was 6yrs old and have always gone to spec savers as I have one short sited and the other the eye is almost blind. My son is now 6 yrs of age and have never had an eye test. Since most of my family wear glass I wonder if my son does. He got test in school but I question of good. I have up to now gone to Midleton but I can go to Waterford. I really hope that I get picked after changing my glass every two years and now due again

Hi there,

I feel like i should take up residence in Specsavers Balbriggan at the moment as my daughter seems to always be either cracking or breaking her glasses out playing (typical 5 year old), We also buy the ortopad patches which is much more handy than having to buy them over the internet, I would like to take part in the trial with my daughter in the Balbriggan branch.

Thanks a mil

Hi.

I wear glasses myself but am long overdue both an eyetest and new glasses - finances not great at the moment! I have 3 children - a 4 year old girl who currently wears glasses, an almost 7 year old boy and an 8 year old girl.

I would really love to take part in this trial both for one of my children and for myself. I'm tired of wearing old glasses!! Nutgrove or Tallaght would be my preferred locations.

Thanks.

I would love to take part in your Tallaght branch. I have a five year old and a two year old so could bring either along. Many thanks

Specsavers are great, they helped me with an initial consultation when my retina got detached and I consequently got my new glasses from them after my operation. Would be delighted to let my 5 year old girl have her eyes checked by them.
