This class is all about helping new mums regain their fitness and feel good about themselves. Each week brings new challenges with carefully chosen exercises that work on toning and tightening your body.
An ex professional dancer with two young boys, Gemma knows all about the challenges of getting back in shape after giving birth. She can offer advice and share tips on exercises to do at home along with recipes and meal plans to stay healthy while feeding your baby.
We incorporate:
  • mat work to focus on core strength, pelvic floor, back muscles and flexibility.
  • Resistance bands, light weights and Ballet Barre exercises for toning.
  • Cardio dance fitness.
The best bit of all is these hour long fun sessions are done with your baby beside you. So you can stay relaxed, bond with your baby and meet new mums!
  A Few Tips
 
Bring your yoga mat and a blanket for your baby. If your baby is asleep in the car seat or buggy, you can set that up beside you. No need to disturb the little one. Don’t forget a bottle of water and feel free to feed your baby at any time if you need to.
