1. Raspberry puree ice pops
 
 
For 6 servings
 
Ingredients
 
300ml milk
250g raspberry
 
Directions
  • Using a fork, mix the raspberries, and then divide the mixture between the ice-pop molds.
  • Fill each mold with milk.
  • Push in the ice-pop sticks and freeze for about six hours or until solid.
2. Chocolate ice pops

Ingredients

50g cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
50g maple syrup
 
Directions
  • Mix the ingredients in a large mixing bowl, and then divide the mixture between the ice-pop molds.
  • Push in the ice-pop sticks and freeze for about six hours or until solid.
3. Cocoa and banana ice pops
 
 
For 4 servings
 
Ingredients
 
250ml milk
50g cocoa powder
2 bananas, in thick slices
 
Directions
  • Mix the milk, cocoa powder and agave syrup in a large mixing bowl.
  • Divide the banana slices between the ice-pop molds and cover with the cocoa mixture.
  • Push in the ice-pop sticks and freeze for about six hours or until solid.
4. Spinach, banana and pineapple ice pops
 
 
For 4 servings
 
Ingredients
 
250ml milk
2 handfuls of spinach leaves
1 banana
1/2 small pineapple, cut in chunks
 
Directions
  • In a blender, mix all the ingredients together. Pour the mixture in the ice-pop molds.
  • Push in the ice-pop sticks and freeze for about six hours or until solid.
  • After removal from the mold, drizzle with a little yoghurt if desired.
5Blueberry and vanilla ice pops
 
 
For 4 servings
 
Ingredients
 
250ml milk
250g blueberry
2 tsp vanilla extract
30g agave syrup
 
Directions
  • Mix the milk, vanilla extract and agave syrup in a large mixing bowl.
  • Divide the blueberries between the ice-pop molds and cover with the milk mixture.
  • Push in the ice-pop sticks and freeze for about six hours or until solid.
