Simple berries and honey pancakes
 
 
Ingredients
300ml milk
220g flour
2 large eggs (beaten)
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp white sugar
30g butter, melted
1 pinch of salt
 
Directions
  • Put all the ingredients into a blender and blitz. Let the mixture sit in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  • Heat a pan on the stove and brush it with vegetable oil.
  • Bake the pancakes in the pan. You should get about 8 to 10 pancakes
  • When the upper side of the pancake is bubbling, turn it and cook for 45 to 60 seconds
  • To serve, drizzle with honey and top with raspberries and blueberries.
Banana and walnut pancakes
 
 
 
Ingredients
300ml milk

2 large eggs (beaten)
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp white sugar

1 pinch of salt
2 bananas
100g walnuts 
Maple syrup to taste
 
Directions
  • Put all the ingredients into a blender and blitz. Let the mixture sit in the fridge for 30 minutes. 
  • Heat a pan on the stove and brush it with vegetable oil. Bake the pancakes in the pan. 
  • When the upper side of the pancake is bubbling, turn it and cook for 45 to 60 seconds.
  • To serve, drizzle with maple syrup and top with slices of banana and chopped walnuts.
Cocoa pancakes

200g flour
50g cocoa powder 
2 large eggs (beaten)
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp sugar
30g butter, melted
1 pinch of salt
70g hazelnuts and honey to serve
 
Directions
 
Put all the ingredients into a blender and blitz. Let the mixture sit in the fridge for 30 minutes. 
Heat a pan on the stove and brush it with vegetable oil. Bake the pancakes in the pan. 
When the upper side of the pancake is bubbling, turn it and cook for 45 to 60 seconds.To serve, drizzle with honey and top with crushed hazelnuts."
Pancakes with redcurrant and blackcurrant compote "Ingredients
300ml milk
220g flour
2 large eggs (beaten)
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp white sugar
30g butter, melted
1 pinch of salt
 
200g blackcurrant
200g redcurrant
1 tbsp caster sugar
 
Directions
Put the blackcurrant, redcurrant and 1 tbsp of sugar in a saucepan on low heat. Cook for 10 minutes.
Put all the other ingredients into a blender and blitz. Let the mixture sit in the fridge for 30 minutes. 
Heat a pan on the stove and brush it with vegetable oil. Bake the pancakes in the pan. 
When the upper side of the pancake is bubbling, turn it and cook for 45 to 60 seconds.To serve, drizzle with the berry sauce."
 
Buckweat pancakes with mixed berries
 
 
Ingredients
300ml milk
150g buckwheat flour
50g plain flour
2 large eggs (beaten)
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp white sugar
30g butter, melted
1 pinch of salt
Mixed berries to serve
 
Directions
  • Put all the ingredients into a blender and blitz. Let the mixture sit in the fridge for 30 minutes. 
  • Heat a pan on the stove and brush it with vegetable oil.
  • Bake the pancakes in the pan. 
  • When the upper side of the pancake is bubbling, turn it and cook for 45 to 60 seconds.
  • To serve, top with mixed berries.
