Yesterday, it was revealed Danny Jones was the latest McFly member to join the fatherhood club, when he and wife Georgia announced they were expecting their first baby together.
Among the first well-wishers to offer their congratulations were his former bandmate, Harry Judd, and his wife Izzy.
Harry said: “As guys, we laugh and say ‘Haha, can you imagine Danny with a kid?’, and it just makes us all laugh. He’ll be an amazing dad without a doubt.
“He’ll be a fantastic dad, he’s very kind, he loves Lola. All the guys are so sweet, they’re great.”
Harry and Izzy are excited to be expecting, themselves. Izzy will be having their second child in September.
In the past, the couple has struggled to conceive and turned to IVF treatment for help.
After a devastating miscarriage, Izzy became pregnant through IVF again, and gave birth to a little girl named Lola in January 2016.
The couple were overjoyed when they discovered Izzy had become pregnant naturally earlier this year, and are looking forward to becoming parents for the second time.
Harry and Izzy are keeping the gender of their baby a surprise this time around. The singer said: “I’m predicting a boy that doesn’t like to sleep.”
Izzy added: “Having gone through IVF with Lola, it was the one thing that was left a surprise. I really don’t mind.”
The couple also revealed how they have kept their relationship strong, despite going through difficult times as they battled infertility.
“Everyone goes through challenges in life, and I felt that was something we had to accept and not let that become an issue. We were patient with each other. I was trying to remain positive with Izzy. Remaining positive and happy is the key.
“When you get married, you make that commitment - it’s not always the good times. Even though it seemed hard, we wouldn’t have had it any other way.”
In other good news for McFly fans, Harry revealed a group reunion could be on the cards soon.
“It’s imminent - we just need to figure out when we’re all finished with our projects,” he told The Mail Online.
We’re almost as excited about that as we are about the impending new arrivals.
