Heres how the Duchess of Cambridge celebrated her 37th birthday

The Duchess of Cambridge celebrated her 37th birthday in the sweetest way last week. Fans of the mum-of-three have been eager to find out what she did to mark the special occasion and now we finally know.

According to the Mail on Sunday, the Duchess hosted an intimate party at their family’s country home, Anmer Hall.

It is understood Kate and William entertained numerous guests at a lunch on Sunday, January 13.

The royal couple’s closest friends and family members were in attendance, including Princess Charlotte’s godmother Sophie Carter, her husband Robert Snuggs, Prince George’s godmother Emilia Jardine-Paterson and her husband David.

Lady Laura Meade, who is one of Prince Louis’ godparents was also in attendance, as was her husband James.

The Cambridge children also attended the special celebration and we’re sure they were on their best behaviour as usual.

One notable absence from the party was Kate’s brother-in-law Prince Harry and his wife Meghan.

It is believed the Duke and Duchess of Sussex were enjoying a holiday together before the arrival of their first child in the coming months.

We’re sure the couple made up for their absence with a touching gift for Kate. It is known that the Duchess of Sussex gave the mum quite the sentimental present for her birthday last year so we’re sure she made just as big an effort this year.

Meghan gave her fellow Duchess a very smart leather-bound ‘dream diary’ for her thoughts and ideas which Kate loved.
