We recently reported on the adorable fact that the son of Hollywood icon, Audrey Hepburn, had no idea his mother was a worldwide star at the height of her fame.

And it turns out Luca Dotti isn’t the only one who had next to no idea their mother was a highly acclaimed actress who commands the attention of movie producers and cinema audiences on a global scale.

Opening up about her little boy during a recent interview with Lorraine Kelly, Oscar-winner Sandra Bullock revealed her five-year-old son has no idea what Mummy does for a living, saying: “He doesn’t know what I do, he doesn’t know that I do any of this.”

Sandra, who adopted the gorgeous Louis in 2010, explained that her job has little effect on her son and it’s something she hopes will remain that way for the foreseeable future.

Chatting about her little boy’s approach to mum's ‘work’, the 50-year-old star said: “Work just means I leave and he doesn't like it when I leave so that's the way I'd like to keep it for a little while because that's going to change on a dime one day.”

Hoping to ensure her little boy believes wholeheartedly in the fantasy world he’s exposed to through the movies he watches, Sandra went on to say: “I want him to be innocent a little longer and not know this world is fake because he still thinks it's real.”

Aware that her little boy, upon eventually learning that his mother is a world-famous movie star, may hope to follow in her footsteps, Sandra says she’ll draw on her own parents’ advice.

Recalling the moment she revealed she wanted to become an actress, Sandra explained: “I'll say what my parents did. If you're going to do it, do it 100 percent and you might need a second job, do it for the passion and love of it, don't do it for anything else."

Sounds like Louis is one very fortunate little boy!
