An adorable little girl and her brother have become internet sensations, after their mother shared footage of them embracing and crying tears of joy all because of one very sweet gesture.
Rachel Stout took to Facebook this week to share the story of how her six-year-old daughter Abigail gifted big brother Daniel, nine, with the hamster he so longer for – using her own savings!
The proud mother explained that Daniel became a little love-struck when Abigail got a hamster, and he began “busting his butt doing extra chores and going above and beyond to earn money to buy himself one”.
It happened to be Abigail’s birthday recently, and when Rachel asked her little girl what she would like to do with her present money, she didn’t miss a beat, saying: "I want to surprise Daniel and buy him his hamster. He has been working soooo hard."
“I asked her numerous times of she was sure that's what she wanted to do with her money, and she never faltered,” added Rachel, who went on to share footage of what happened when Daniel was introduced to his new furry friend, Cubby.
