Rochelle Humes’ latest post has left many fans ‘disappointed’.

The 27-year-old took to Instagram this morning to share a picture of her daughter Alaia-Mai with a full head of straight hair.

“After months on end of my little one begging me to blow dry her hair, I caved this weekend,” said the soon-to-be mum-of-two on Instagram.

“I can’t get over how grown up it makes her look. She couldn’t stop looking at herself in any reflective surface.

“She said that she loves it and now has hair like her friends at school.”

The post has resulted in many mums sharing stories of their persistent little ones, with one fan saying:

“Aw, they always want what they don’t have. My daughter had curls when she was a toddler and now it’s just wavy, she wants her curls back.”

However, Rochelle was quick to reassure fans that the straight hair was not permanent.

“After her bath tonight her curls are back. She was devastated, but Mummy and Daddy are relieved. We love her curls.”.

The post has garnered quite a large thread of comments encouraging the little one to embrace her curly locks.

“Let her know her beautiful, versatile, afro hair is gorgeous like mummy’s when it’s natural. She doesn’t have to have hair like her friends because she is special and perfect as she is.”
