The Irish backpacker who was last week accused of concealing the death of her baby has been granted bail.
The 25-year-old was travelling with friends when the incident occurred and Perth Magistrate’s Court have now allowed the woman to travel home to Ireland before her court appearance on October 2.
The young woman reportedly did not know she was pregnant when she gave birth last May in the town of Halls Creek.
After telling friends what had happened days later, she was brought to the hospital where the incident was related to the authorities.
