Irish company launch revolutionary technology to transform womens bladder health

Irish company - Amara Therapeutics - based in Galway have launched a new technology that aims to transform the lives of millions of women across the globe. BladderBoss - a new app brought to life by leading Irish and international health experts - is an 8-week digital programme helping women take back control of their bladder health, using science-backed methods such as Behavioral Therapy (BT) techniques and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques, alongside bladder retraining and pelvic health pilates. The guided step-by-step program empowers women to take control of their Overactive Bladder (OAB).

BladderBoss consists of eight easy-to-follow weekly modules that guide the user through interactive video and audio content, engaging techniques and motivating challenges, taking a holistic approach to bladder health management.
