Ten years have passed since the untimely passing of Heath Ledger. The actor’s sudden death shocked fans across the globe, who continue to miss the talented star every day.
Heath's death stunned his friends and family, and his former girlfriend, Michelle Williams, who is also the mother of his daughter- Matilda, who turns thirteen this year.
We can’t even begin to understand how overwhelming Heath’s tenth anniversary must have been for Michelle, who met the actor on the set of Brokeback Mountain in 2004.
Luckily, the actress wasn’t alone on the devastating day. Her best friend and fellow Dawson’s Creek star, Busy Phillips jetted off to support the Blue Valentine star.
Showing just how strong their friendship is, Busy posted a selfie of the pair where Michelle can be seen resting her head on her dear friend’s shoulder.
Busy simply captioned the heart-breaking photo, “It’s ok.”
Fans quickly flooded the comment section of the photo with supportive messages, “Sending love and healing energy.”
