Jacqueline Jossa has experienced her fair share of drama in recent months, particularly after tapes of her fiancé, Dan Osborne, threatening his former partner Megan Tomlin were leaked.

While Eastenders actress Jacqueline did not share her feeling on the subject at the time, she decided that this week was the right time to speak out.

Jacqueline and Dan, who are parents to five-month-old daughter Ella Selina, have spoken candidly to OK! magazine about the testing time in their relationship.

Newly-engaged Jacqueline told the publication: “I listened to them [the tapes] and I was completely shocked by what I heard – I thought it was disgusting but it’s something we’ve worked through as a couple.”

The mother-of-one added that she never once considered ending their relationship, even at the height of the media speculation and criticism.

“Daniel and I are a family now, so it didn’t cross my mind to end the relationship. Getting through the ordeal took a lot of honesty from both of us but it’s very much in the past now,” she said.

Dan, who was fired from reality show TOWIE after the audio was leaked, insisted that he is “remorseful” over what happened.

“Nothing like that is ever going to happen again. I’m so grateful to Jacqui for sticking by me,” he said.

The couple recently celebrated their engagement, with Dan proposing to Jacqueline as they holidayed with family.
